Hot Honey Potato Ingredients...
4 Medium Potatoes, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cajun Seasoning, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Hot Honey
Asparagus Ingredients...
1 Asparagus Bunch, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Olive Oil
On a wooden cutting board, season your steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Leave to rest while you prepare your sides. Preheat the oven to 385. Cut the ends off of your asparagus and place onto a non-stick cooking tray. Top with olive oil and seasonings. Dice up your potatoes into 1 inch cubes, and place onto a separate cooking tray. Top potatoes with olive oil, seasoning, and a drizzle of hot honey. Bake potatoes for 25-35 minutes or until golden crispy. Add in your asparagus in the last 10-15 minutes until also golden crispy. While your sides are cooking, sear your steak on medium heat until golden- and then baste with butter, fresh garlic, and fresh rosemary. Let the meat sit for at least 5-10 minutes before serving.
